General Mills asked us to assist them on social networks for their Häagen-Daz brand.
This went from basic business strategy to the realisation of various communication supports including setting up several activation campaigns on the page.
We developed together with them a relevant approach regarding Conversation Management enabling them to improve the follow-up of expectations and questions from the fans of their products.
We were also tasked with media management for the brand on social networks.
This meant managing the distribution of content and campaigns. Our role was to make this distribution as widespread and as high quality as possible by attracting new product fans.
